Meet Maria
Maria Louvier began her career working at First National Bank of Alaska. While there she worked in both loan servicing and owner finance management. When ready for a change, she transitioned seamlessly from banking to obtaining her real estate license. Maria thrived as a transaction manager for top-producing agents and teams. She developed a system to ensure compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Maria founded TC Alaska to assist Alaskan licensee in growing their businesses. Knowing that most agents enjoy meeting clients, showing properties, and negotiating deals, and very few enjoy paperwork and checklists. Maria is a checklist enthusiast. She is passionate about what she does and wants to see others find success in their business.

Amanda is a real estate transaction coordinator, a crucial role within the real estate industry. The transaction coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative tasks involved in a real estate transaction from start to finish. This includes coordinating communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
