TC Alaska responds to emails and signings M-F from 8-5. If you need something outside of those hours you can text your TC and they will be happy to help as soon as possible.

Yes! We can step in at any point in the transaction, to give you the best experience and help ensure compliance we prefer to receive the contract within 24 hours of acceptance.

Yes, we strongly adhere to this rule. You will be copied on every single correspondence we have with your clients and any other party to the transaction. 

Yes, with your permission in advance, we will be communicating with your clients throughout the transaction with you included at all times. 

Licensee dashboards are updated in real time. We can also provide a weekly transaction update meeting, and you will be included in all correspondence regarding your transactions.
